Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers and manage distribution within the market, with responsibility for large accounts, non-selling processes, and strategies to grow share.

You will lead negotiations, define sales territories, and provide technical solutions to customers across channels. The role emphasizes developing forecasts with Production and Supply Chain, analyzing market data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver CX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above rank specified.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across levels.
