Job summary

Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest region is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth among small to medium customers while managing distribution and engaging with large accounts.

You will lead territory planning, analyze sales data, and provide technical solutions across channels (face-to-face, phone, email). This role may involve regional scope and global collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in chemicals/related industries.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales plans and inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
