Westlake Financial is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes region. You will lead a team of 10–15 Dealer Account Managers and travel across the territory to educate, train, and drive dealer performance while building strong relationships with partners.

The role demands a hands-on leader who can recruit, coach, and strategize to grow market share in a fast-paced environment. Remote home office with nationwide travel expectations and strong compensation potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years external sales management experience overseeing a team of 15–20 reps.
• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• High energy with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.
• Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive regional performance.
• Manage outside sales teams across the Great Lakes Region from Minnesota to Ohio.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
• Drive new business by developing dealer relationships and selling company products and services.
• Establish sales goals, develop action plans, and hold the team accountable for results.
• Monitor performance through regular quality checks, coaching, reporting, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and resolve concerns.
• Develop strategies to increase dealer retention and reduce attrition.
• Represent the company at recruiting, marketing, trade, and industry events.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to support the team.
