Job summary

Reunion Marketing is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Great Lakes region. Remote role covering Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio, focusing on high-value dealer prospects and growth.

The position requires 5+ years of in-market sales in automotive or digital advertising, with a proven ability to close new business and manage ongoing client relationships. Frequent travel and in-market engagement are expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of high-performance, in-market sales in automotive or digital advertising.
Track record of closing new business and growing long-term client relationships.
Experience selling to owners, executives, and other senior decision-makers.
Understanding of how dealerships buy digital advertising, and comfort talking SEO and paid media metrics.

Responsibilities

Build the territory by creating and running the market strategy for the Great Lakes Region.
Sell face to face with dealer owners, general managers, and digital teams in-store and at events.
Lead with insight by using data to push dealers to rethink digital advertising and show ROI.
Demo and close by delivering product demos and carrying deals from first conversation to signature.
Maintain a clean pipeline and provide forecasts to leadership.
Travel up to 50% to meet high-value dealers and meetings.
Partner with Client Success for smooth handoffs and ongoing growth.
