Westlake Financial is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes region to lead Dealer Account Managers and drive growth. This home-office role requires travel and hands-on leadership across a broad territory including Minnesota to Ohio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in external sales management, strong communication skills, and experience in automotive/finance. Based in Columbus, OH, you will educate the team on Westlake programs and recruit top talent.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years external sales management experience managing a team of 15 to 20 external reps
• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales
• High energy and with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications
• Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field
• Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
• Goal‑oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
• Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
• Qualified Candidates must live in Northern California or Pacific Northwest Region

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive individual and regional performance.
• Manage outside sales teams acrossthe Great Lakes Region, that extends from Minnesota to Ohio.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
• Drive new business by developing dealer relationships and selling company products and services.
• Establish sales goals, develop action plans, and hold the team accountable for results.
• Monitor performance through regular quality checks, coaching, reporting, and follow‑up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective dealers while addressing and resolving concerns.
• Develop strategies to increase dealer retention and reduce attrition.
• Represent the company at recruiting, marketing, trade, and industry events.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to support the team, develop dealer relationships, and drive market growth.
