Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes region. You will educate and train Dealer Account Managers, lead a 10–15 member team, and drive market growth through strong dealer relationships and strategic planning.

The role requires a hands-on leader who travels regularly within the territory and collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute Westlake's business strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years external sales management experience leading a team of 15–20 reps.
• Experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive regional performance.
• Manage outside sales teams across the Great Lakes Region (Minnesota to Ohio).
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
