Westlake Financial Services is seeking a Regional Manager for the Great Lakes region to lead and develop a sales team of 10-25 reps, driving market share and dealer loyalty.

You will coach Area Managers, present and sell products, and manage outdoor sales across the territory, with travel up to 75% and a target compensation of $72,000–$180,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales management
• High energy and with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field
• Qualified Candidates should live in Region
• Computer skills are a must. MS Office (Excel and word).

Responsibilities

• Coaching, leading and developing Area Managers
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and project the number of contacts
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
• Manage Area Managers through quality checks and other follow-up
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Prepare status reports on activity, closings, follow-up, and goal adherence
• Communicate new product and service opportunities to staff
• Develop and implement sales activities to reduce dealer attrition
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
• Travel required throughout the assigned territory
• Comfortable travelling up to 75% of the time
