Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability for the Latin America and Caribbean markets, coordinating with distributors and cross-functional teams. Located in the United States in the Salem, NH area, this role requires strong Spanish skills and strategic sales leadership.

Responsibilities include developing annual business plans, coaching the sales team, and expanding market presence while coordinating with marketing and leadership.

Qualifications

• ~10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience with multiple channels of distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Subject matter expertise in product/features and customer benefits across product lines.
• Strong written and verbal communication to enable professional sales presentations and negotiations.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to accomplish goals.
• Strong data-based analytical skills to drive programs and promotions.
• Proven conflict management skills and ability to influence at all levels of key decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment with the Sales Team.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Develop and execute annual business plans achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Coordinate field issue resolutions with Customer Care and provide technical sales support.
• Deliver product/sales training for distributors to improve performance.
• Lead distributor development to drive improved results.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Travel as necessary (approximately 50%).
