Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and own regional results, driving performance and accountability.
• Coach Sales Specialists to maximize growth and compliance.
• Develop and communicate clear expectations of success.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and solution-oriented culture.
• Provide tactical leadership on planning, product knowledge, call planning, territory management, data analysis, problem solving, selling skills, and resource use.
• Partner with Area Director to align on mission-critical objectives.
