Job summary
Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a high-impact sales/marketing leader to drive growth in the Colorado region. The role focuses on direct sales to subcontractors, general contractors, and roofing contractors within our Commercial Roof & Wall segment.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in sales/marketing or sales management in commercial construction, and must be willing to travel 50–60% of the time. Competitive pay with bonus and comprehensive benefits is offered.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience.
- Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials.
- Ability to travel 50% - 60% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Positioned within MBCI’s Commercial Roof & Wall segment, with direct sales to subcontractors, general contractors & roofing contractors.
- Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals.
- Comprehensive understanding of all Cornerstone Building Brands products and systems in the market.
- Demonstrates understanding of key customers’ business and the critical measures that drive each account.
