The ideal candidate has over 8 years of sales management experience, particularly in commercial construction. You will collaborate with contractors and ensure alignment with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary between $85,000 and $95,000, along with bonuses, benefits, and a 401(k). The role requires regular travel, estimated at 50% - 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience.
• Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials.
• Strong understanding of market conditions and competition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market plans focused on growth opportunities.
• Direct sales to sub-contractors, general contractors, and roofing contractors.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to optimize customer experience.
