The compensation package includes a competitive base salary between $85,000 and $95,000, along with bonuses, benefits, and a 401(k). The role requires regular travel, estimated at 50% - 60% of the time.

This teammate will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory. The role supports the components division including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands.
Candidates should reside within the territory, with preferred locations including Colorado and Wyoming.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $85,000 – $95,000 plus bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits starting day 1, 401(k), and PTO. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors.
