PepsiCo Beverages U.S. (PBUS) is seeking a Sales District Leader to lead a team of sales representatives and drive superior marketplace execution and customer service.

You will cultivate relationships and manage priorities to deliver measurable business impact. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of frontline management experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and experience in consumer packaged goods in a direct store delivery environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees or demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, motivate and develop a team of frontline employees to increase daily productivity and improve business performance.
• Conduct work-withs/route rides to develop selling and customer service skills.
• Hold regular weekly meetings with teams.
• Work with customers to understand business needs and build strong relationships.
• Maintain process improvements to enhance productivity of selling and delivery model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure orders are submitted, delivered and merchandised according to plan.
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives to maximize brand performance.
