PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and distribution across channels in your region. You’ll lead a field-based team, train and develop staff, and deploy solutions to meet regional goals.

You will manage key customer relationships, communicate new item authorizations, and track performance to optimize results. Travel and evening/weekend work may be required as part of regional initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of DSD/Sales management experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, and/or Grocery.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience using sales-tracking software.
• Valid state driver’s license for the posted state or territory, and reliable transportation in accordance with State requirements for motor vehicles.
• Travel as required for business-related meetings and field-based market blitzes.
• Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
• Willingness and the ability to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.

• Lead a team of sales professionals to exceed goals by providing day-to-day coaching and sales development.
• Manage regional customer relationships, including communication of new item authorizations, category reviews, and performance tracking.
• Design and communicate expectations for in-store promotional activities aligned with brand standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver against key performance metrics for the region.
• Partner with PepsiCo Area Sales Managers to share regional updates and develop actionable strategies.
• Customize and implement region-specific strategies aligned with company KPIs and long-term goals.
• Influence cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales initiatives.
• Ensure consistent implementation of national and regional retail authorizations across PepsiCo Bottling Company and distributors.
