Job summary

PepsiCo Beverages United States (PBUS) Lithonia, GA, is hiring a Sales District Leader to guide a team of sales representatives and drive superior marketplace execution and customer service. The role focuses on developing frontline staff, coaching through route rides, and building robust customer relationships within the North America Beverage division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2+ years managing frontline employees or demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Previous sales or retail experience
• Team Spirit and ability to inspire others
• CPG experience in direct store delivery environment
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
• Tech savvy, able to learn new tools quickly
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Safe driving record preferred
• Indefinite right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales representatives to drive marketplace execution and customer service
• Manage, motivate and develop frontline employees to increase productivity
• Conduct work-withs/route rides to develop selling and customer service skills
• Build relationships with customers and understand business needs
• Maintain process improvements to enhance selling and delivery productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure orders are submitted, delivered and merchandised as planned
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives to build brand development and performance
• Set productivity and service targets and allocate resources between accounts
