Biosite, an ASSA ABLOY company, is expanding its field-based Area Sales Manager team across North America. This role focuses on owning and growing a defined territory, managing the full customer lifecycle, and driving revenue through strategic account development.

The successful candidate will build executive-level relationships, lead opportunities from discovery to close, and collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to ensure long-term client success. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Competenze

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and managing customer relationships within a defined territory.
• Experience managing a complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, BuildCentral).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities across large commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities and account expansion initiatives.
• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, market intelligence, and customer relationships.
