Biosite, an ASSA ABLOY company, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to own and grow a nationwide territory in the United States. The role combines new business development, strategic account management, and consultative selling to deliver long-term customer success.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and travel ~50% to drive growth across large commercial and industrial construction projects. A base salary of $90K–$105K plus uncapped commissions is offered.

Competenze

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales.
• Experience managing a complete sales cycle.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, BuildCentral).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
