Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Experience selling into the construction industry or related markets.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth.
• Lead complex opportunities from discovery to close across mid-market to large enterprise contracts.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers and partners.
• Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline in CRM.
• Represent Biosite and ASSA ABLOY brands professionally to clients.
