Job summary

Better Earth, a mission-driven sustainable packaging company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own the Bahamas distributor relationship while expanding opportunities across Florida, the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, and South America.

You will lead one in-market direct report, drive revenue and gross margin, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strong customer outcomes. This is a field-oriented role with weekly travel and international trips.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales, strategic account management, foodservice or packaging experience.
• Proven success managing a major distributor or key account.
• Foodservice distribution experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day relationship with a major distributor account in The Bahamas.
• Achieve revenue, gross margin, retention, product expansion, and growth objectives.
• Manage one in-market direct report for distributor sales rep support and operator selling.
• Develop strategic account plans including growth priorities, pricing, forecasting, and measurable objectives.
• Travel regularly to Florida, Caribbean, Puerto Rico, and South America to grow and protect the account.
