Cosentino North America seeks a Regional Sales Director of Central America & Caribbean to lead regional sales, coordinate reports between corporate and distributors, and drive growth across builder, retailer, and commercial segments. The role emphasizes strategic execution and cross-functional leadership in a multi-country setting.

• Three years of experience managing & directing a sales team in an international company.
• Experience with regional & local sales managers and oversight of large annual budgets (> $5M).
• Experience in profit & loss management, CRM, and developing & implementing sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to company and client sites in multiple countries.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, uses, and credit terms.
• Coordinate & align regional personnel and interpret balance sheets, income statements & business plans.
• Lead regional leadership team through annual goals process and monitor distributor growth.
• Develop budgets, manage promotions, and align marketing with regional strategy.
• Represent Cosentino at trade associations and engage with industry partners.
