Job summary

SW Sustainability Solutions Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the regional sales organization, drive incremental growth, and manage field activities for branded products in the Northeast region.

The role requires direct accountability for sales results, pricing decisions, and distributor relationships. You will leverage Salesforce CRM to forecast opportunities, coordinate with marketing and operations, and travel 50%+ to meet customers and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with large industrial end-user field sales and sales management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, administrative skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills including staffing and development of field sales personnel.
• Track record of ethical and professional performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual regional sales growth targets and manage opportunities within the region.
• Implement annual sales plan identifying distributor & end-user opportunities across accounts and build strategy for existing distributor accounts.
• Manage regional gross profit by positioning health and performance products; manage product mix and launches.
• Use CRM Salesforce to capture opportunities, track lost business, and forecast new business.
• Develop relationships with key distributors and end-users; evaluate resources bi-yearly.
• Achieve annual personal objectives and communicate field intelligence to sales, marketing, and operations.
• Travel 50%+.
