Job summary

Superior Wellness Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Eastern USA from a remote/field-based position. You will identify and secure dealer partnerships, build strong relationships with dealers, and expand sales across your territory.

Ideal candidates have proven territory sales experience, a track record of meeting targets, and comfort working with dealer or distributor networks. Travel is required to cover the Eastern US region as needed.

• Proven experience in territory sales, business development or regional sales.
• Strong track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience working with dealer or distributor networks.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and securing new dealer partnerships.
• Developing and growing relationships with existing dealers.
• Driving sales growth across your assigned territory.
• Identifying new market opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.
• Representing our brands at dealer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
• Working alongside our established US sales team to support continued growth.
