Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Regional Manager for Automotive Floorplan Services in the Great Lakes region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 10-25 sales representatives, focusing on market growth and dealer loyalty while conducting extensive travel.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, managing area managers, and preparing targeted action plans. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of sales management experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales management experience required.
• High energy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales force of 10-25 reps.
• Develop and maintain client relationships in the assigned region.
