Job summary

Westlake Flooring Services is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and grow a salesforce of 10-25 reps across the Great Lakes region, focusing on floorplan products and dealer loyalty.

You will coach Area Managers, develop targeted plans, travel up to 75% to visit auto dealers, and present to current and potential clients. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales leadership are required, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and develop Area Managers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
