Job summary

Westlake Flooring Services is seeking a Regional Manager for the Great Lakes region to lead a field sales team of 10–25 reps, drive market share and dealer loyalty, and collaborate with marketing to execute regional plans.

You will coach Area Managers, recruit and train new hires, present company products, and travel up to 75% to visit auto dealers, with compensation ranging from $72,000 to $180,000 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and sales software knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Regional candidates should reside in the specified region
• Proficient computer skills including MS Word

Responsibilities

• Coaching, leading and developing Area Managers
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and contacts
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts assigned
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Establish and maintain current client relationships
• Manage Area Managers through quality checks and follow-up
• Travel to visit auto dealers across the region
• Other duties as assigned
