Job summary

Westlake Flooring is seeking a Regional Manager for Automotive Floorplan Services in the Great Lakes Region, based in Columbus, OH. You will lead a sales team of 10–25 reps, grow market share, and strengthen dealer loyalty.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop Area Managers, present products, set targets, manage client relationships, and drive marketing activities; travel across the territory up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop Area Managers.
• Present and sell products to current and potential clients.
• Identify targets, plan activities and manage dealer relationships.
• Maintain current client relationships and sales materials.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, up to 75%.
