Job summary

Westlake Flooring Services is seeking a Regional Manager for the Great Lakes region to lead a field sales team and drive dealer relationships. You will coach area managers, present products to dealers, and execute plans to grow market share across multiple states.

The role requires 5+ years of sales management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Expect up to 75% travel within the territory and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years sales management
• High energy with excellent verbal and written communication
• MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Candidates should live in region
• Knowledge of sales software applications

Responsibilities

• Coaching, leading and developing Area Managers
• Manage outside sales within the region and assist with hiring/training
• Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
• Prepare action plans and schedules to hit targets
• Identify sales prospects and manage accounts
• Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge
• Maintain client relationships and perform quality checks
• Travel throughout the assigned territory
