Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (VPG) seeks an experienced Regional Sales Team Manager to lead a remote team delivering revenue growth across the United States and the broader Americas region.

You will guide regional strategy, forecast pipelines, and manage budgets while expanding relationships with OEMs, distributors, and strategic accounts. The role requires 5+ years of sales leadership in industrial sectors, proven quota attainment, and strong negotiation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business.
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing remote W2 sales employees across multiple U.S. regions.
• Proven experience leading regional or national sales teams in industrial manufacturing, automation, sensing, or engineered products.
• Responsible for annual sales budgets, bookings, or revenue exceeding $5 million.
• History of achieving and exceeding sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
• Experience developing new business and expanding strategic customer relationships.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with complex sales opportunities.
• CRM usage to manage forecasting, pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Ability to lead change, drive accountability, and improve remote team performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote team of Regional Sales Managers and sales professionals across the United States.
• Drive revenue growth, bookings performance, and new business development throughout the Americas region.
• Establish and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, quota attainment, and budget performance.
• Expand relationships with OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, and strategic accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and applications.
• Drive accountability and performance management across the sales organization.
• Lead significant commercial negotiations and strategic customer engagements.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support customer growth and product adoption.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic planning.
