Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (VPG) seeks an experienced Regional Sales Team Manager to drive growth across the United States and the Americas. Lead a remote team of sales professionals, execute regional strategies, and manage forecasts and budgets to deliver revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong industrial sales background, proven remote leadership, and a track record of meeting quotas. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing remote W2 employees across multiple U.S. regions.
• Proven leadership of regional or national teams in industrial manufacturing/automation/sensing.
• Managed annual sales budgets, bookings or revenue > $5M.
• Strong track record of quotas via pipeline management and forecasting.
• Experience developing new business and expanding strategic relationships.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with complex sales.
• Experience using CRM to manage forecasts and pipelines.
• Ability to lead change and improve remote-team performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote team of Regional Sales Managers and sales professionals across the United States.
• Drive revenue growth, bookings performance, and new business development throughout the Americas region.
• Establish and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, quota attainment, and budget performance.
• Expand relationships with OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, and strategic accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and applications.
• Drive accountability and performance management across the sales organization.
• Lead significant commercial negotiations and strategic customer engagements.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support customer growth and product adoption.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic planning.
