Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business.
• 5+ years of sales leadership with remote teams.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or related fields.
• Proven track record exceeding quotas.
• Experience with CRM forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote team of Regional Sales Managers.
• Drive revenue growth, bookings performance, and new business development in the Americas.
• Establish and execute regional sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, quotas, and budgets.
• Expand relationships with OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, and strategic accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations and customer engagements.
