Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years leading remote sales teams across multiple U.S. regions.
• Experience leading regional or national teams in industrial manufacturing or sensing.
• Accountability for annual sales budgets, bookings, or revenue > $5M.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed quotas via disciplined pipeline management.
• Experience developing new business and expanding strategic relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and complex deal management.
• Proficient with CRM to forecast, manage pipelines, and measure performance.
• Ability to lead change and improve remote team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote team of Regional Sales Managers and sales professionals across the United States.
• Drive revenue growth, bookings performance, and new business development throughout the Americas region.
• Establish and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, quota attainment, and budget performance.
• Expand relationships with OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, and strategic accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and applications.
• Drive accountability and performance management across the sales organization.
• Lead significant commercial negotiations and strategic customer engagements.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support customer growth and product adoption.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic planning.
