Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or business or related field.
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing remote teams across U.S. regions.
• Experience leading regional or national sales teams in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience owning annual sales budgets/revenue > $5 million.
• Proven ability to meet quotas via disciplined pipeline management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM to manage forecasting and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote team of Regional Sales Managers across the United States.
• Drive revenue growth, bookings, and new business in the Americas region.
• Establish and execute regional sales strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, quota attainment, and budgets.
• Expand relationships with OEMs, distributors, and strategic accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities within target markets and applications.
• Drive accountability and performance across the sales organization.
• Lead major commercial negotiations and strategic customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and opportunities for strategic planning.
