Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Advanced Surgery portfolio across the Kentucky, Tennessee, Cincinnati OH, Asheville NC region and neighboring areas.

You will guide SAMs and TBMs to execute regional plans, coach teams, and drive revenue growth through strategic customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales leadership in medical devices, with willingness to travel up to half of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of sales management experience in medical device/healthcare space.
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in healthcare/medical devices.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel up to 50% is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of SAMs, TBMs, and ARs in the assigned region to meet/exceed budgets.
• Develop an integrated regional business plan including targeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Assist teams in business planning and align goals, objectives, and strategies for accounts.
• Provide quarterly sales operating reviews to leadership.
• Hold weekly 4DX calls to share priorities and maintain accountability.
• Spend field time coaching and developing employees.
