Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. You will manage distribution, nurture relationships with small to mid-size customers, and collaborate on large accounts.

The role emphasizes lead generation, territory definition, sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions through multiple channels. You will oversee non-selling processes, contribute to price strategy, and coordinate with Production and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience (U.S. E5/Canadian rank)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships across levels within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align plans with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and strategy.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
