Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Transmission & Distribution to lead strategic sales initiatives across utilities, EPCs, and industrial customers in the Southeast. You will deliver technical demonstrations, develop solutions, and close complex projects within the power sector.

You will manage channel partners, coordinate with engineering and product teams, and drive revenue growth while maintaining deep customer relationships and a robust forecast in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; advanced technical or business education is a plus.
• 7+ years in technical solution sales and territory management/growth in power systems or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives within the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with utilities, EPCs, industrial facilities, and renewable energy customers
• Promote Qualitrol solutions for transformer monitoring, dissolved gas and bushing monitoring, partial discharge monitoring, GIS monitoring, breaker monitoring, power quality, fault recording, and digital asset management
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for customers and partners
• Support the complete sales cycle including prospecting, technical qualification, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and project closure
• Build and maintain strong technical and commercial relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
