Job summary

Team 360 Staffing is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join the North American team of a growing company in the renewable energy and electrical infrastructure industry. This role focuses on developing and growing B2B sales of distribution transformers and related transformer solutions across the U.S.

and Canada. The ideal candidate is independent, results-driven, with strong experience in industrial, electrical, power equipment, or utility markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or territory management.
• Experience in power equipment or electrical infrastructure preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers across the U.S. and Canada.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations, proposals, and solutions.
• Develop relationships with utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, distributors, and other industry customers.
• Conduct customer visits and business reviews to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Manage leads, opportunities, customer information, and follow-ups through the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams on quotations, product specifications, production, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints while coordinating solutions with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs and provide market feedback to leadership.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
• Submit weekly updates on sales activities, pipeline, opportunities, risks, and next steps.
• Travel as needed for customer meetings and business development activities.
