Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging seeks a Regional Sales Executive to drive new business within a defined geographic territory. You will be the face of ePac in the market, building relationships and closing new accounts with a focus on local, in-person connections. After one year, accounts transition to an Account Manager.

You’ll leverage a lead generation team and work across states, with some national accounts, to expand ePac’s regional footprint while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B field sales or new business development with a track record.
• Hunter mindset with proven ability to close new logo acquisitions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff.
• Develop a territory plan to acquire mid-market customers and expand accounts.
• Build a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings to tailor packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transition to Account Manager.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers to drive growth.
