Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for NY/NJ. This remote role involves visiting client sites regionally, with up to 50% travel. The position offers a salary up to $90,000 plus guaranteed commission for 12 months, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Applicants must reside in NY/NJ and be willing to travel within the region. A strong hunting sales background and experience with mid-market clients are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business field.
• 3–5 years B2B field sales experience with a track record.
• Hunter sales mindset with prospecting and closing skills.
• Able to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, and meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business, ensuring smooth transition to Account Manager.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities and support customers.
