Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition and grow our footprint in a defined territory. This remote role travels to client sites and collaborates with a lead-gen team to close mid-market accounts and hand off to Account Management after one year.

You will own the full sales cycle, build strong executive relationships, and develop territory plans to maximize revenue and profitability in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B field sales or new business development with a track record of targets.
• Hunter mindset with passion for prospecting and closing new business.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers and expand existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
• Build multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue, retention, and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities and support customers.
