Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition and expand the company footprint across a multi-state territory. This field-based hunter role will partner with a lead generation team to secure mid-market customers and manage the account for at least one year before transitioning to an Account Manager.

You will own the full sales cycle, build a strong pipeline through outbound outreach and in-person meetings, and collaborate across teams to tailor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3–5 years in a B2B field sales or new business development with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong hunter mentality with prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport in person.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time and territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire mid-market customers and expand existing accounts.
• Build a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Lead customer discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while ensuring a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth and revenue.
