Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition across a multi-state territory. This field-based hunter will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, representing the company with clients who value a local, in-person connection.

The role requires 3–5 years in B2B field sales, a bachelor’s degree preferred, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development.
• Results oriented, "hunter" sales skills.
• A strong "Hunter" drive with a passion for prospecting and closing new business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust in person.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• CPG industry knowledge preferable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with outbound prospecting and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and propose packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Management.
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers to drive growth.
• Track activity in Salesforce and forecast revenue.
• Represent ePac at trade shows and client events.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with cross-functional teams.
