Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition in the greater Boston area. This field-based role requires building strong relationships, closing deals, and then transitioning accounts to management after one year.

You will collaborate with a lead-gen team, manage a multi-state territory, and represent ePac at trade shows and events. Travel within the territory is required, with a focus on mid-market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3-5 years in a B2B field sales or new business development with targets.
• Strong hunter mentality with prospecting and closing skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple account projects with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop territory plan focused on acquiring new mid-market customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue and profitability.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve customer issues related to product quality and account management by coordinating internal resources.
• Monitor industry trends and market opportunities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity, and forecasts in Salesforce.
