Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition in a multi-state territory, building relationships and closing business with mid-market customers. The role includes managing accounts for a transition to Account Management after one year and leveraging a supportive lead-generation team across manufacturing locations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in B2B field sales, a bachelor’s degree preference, and a proven hunter approach to prospecting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B field sales or new business development with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong hunter mentality with prospecting and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers and expand existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with smooth transitions to account management.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term customer growth.
