Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Sales Training Coach to be a strategic regional enablement partner, building capability and readiness of our sales and architectural teams. You will lead onboarding, coaching, facilitation, field reinforcement, and learning solutions that drive sales performance, customer experience, and sustained behavior change.

You will partner with regional sales leadership and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into practical enablement strategies, design engaging learning

• Strong sales enablement and consulting mindset.
• Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
• Ability to translate product, system, and market knowledge into learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, coaching, and field reinforcement for regional sales teams.
• Design and facilitate learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, self-directed, and field formats.
• Create and refine enablement resources (presentations, guides, job aids, tools).
• Measure learning impact using feedback and performance indicators.
