Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking a Sales Director to lead a regional team in Florida and the Southeast. You will coach six Account Executives, drive pipeline, and expand relationships with agencies and brands in the region.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll guide strategy and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll manage client meetings, adopt new tools, and travel as needed to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an Account Executive in programmatic media or related space.
• 3+ years of sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of programmatic media, agency/brand media-buying processes, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Proven track record selling to agencies and brands as an individual contributor at a DSP or ad platform.
• Established relationships within Florida or Southeast agency market, particularly with independents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately six Account Executives.
• Establish regular 1:1s and team rhythms to support performance and development.
• Help AEs build pipeline, grow existing accounts, and close new business with agencies and brands.
• Join client meetings and pitches, virtually and in person, to support the team.
• Build and maintain relationships across the Florida independent agency market.
• Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong to identify trends and coach effectively.
• Travel with AEs to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Lead adoption of new sales strategies, tools, and processes while maintaining momentum.
