Qualifications

• Experience in sales is a must; preferred in the internet and MDU space.
• Strong network and experience in the Chicago residential real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients including residential developers and property managers.
• Generate sales through various mediums such as cold calling and email campaigns.
• Develop relationships with Building Decision Makers.
• Guide Building Decision Makers through the sales cycle.
