Coverall is seeking a Regional Director for our Columbia, MD team. You will lead the sales and operations teams, drive new business, and retain customers within our franchise network.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to take the office to the next level. The position offers a generous base salary plus commission/bonus structure, uncapped monthly commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Strong hunter sales background.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Experience managing multi-department teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• As the manager of the Columbia, MD Support Center, direct and motivate sales and operations teams as one cohesive unit.
• Work hands on with the sales team to generate new business and with operations to retain customers, solve problems, and train franchisees.
• Focus on selling new business and retaining customers to drive personal income growth.
