Job summary

Zentro Internet is seeking a Regional Sales Director in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). You will acquire new clients among residential developers, owners, property managers, condo boards, and other Building Decision Makers.

You will lead outside, consultative B2B sales, build relationships with Building Decision Makers, and guide the full sales cycle from outreach to close. The role offers a competitive base salary plus commissions and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is a must; preferred in Internet and MDU space.
• Strong network in the Charlotte residential real estate market.
• Strong people skills; organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Experience with financial modeling recommended, but not required.
• Technologically savvy, resourceful, creative, analytical and business-minded.

Responsibilities

• Navigate outside, consultative business-to-business sales.
• Generate sales through all mediums including cold calling, direct mail, email campaigns, proposals, meetings, and presentations.
• Develop relationships with the Building Decision Makers.
• Guide the Building Decision Maker through the business-to-business sales cycle.
