Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for glaucoma-focused ophthalmic surgery. This remote, field-based role leads a team to drive market adoption, revenue growth, and high performance across a defined geography.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ophthalmic sales leadership, with glaucoma/MIGS experience, strong strategic and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of ophthalmic surgical industry experience.
• Prior sales leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in glaucoma and MIGS is highly desired.
• Proven track record of delivering strong commercial results in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sales representatives across an assigned region.
• Drive regional execution of business strategy to accelerate adoption and revenue growth for Elios.
• Establish a high-performance culture with accountability and collaboration.
• Build relationships with key ophthalmic surgeons and ASC leaders.
• Translate market insights into actionable regional plans and forecasting.
