Bausch + Lomb seeks a Regional Business Director, Elios, for field-based leadership across a defined geography. Lead a team, drive adoption of the Elios platform, and deliver sustained commercial results in a dynamic market.

Ideal candidates bring ophthalmic surgical industry experience, strong sales leadership, and the ability to build relationships with surgeons, ASC leaders, and practice administrators. Remote US-based role with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of ophthalmic surgical industry experience.
• Prior sales leadership experience in a competitive market.
• Experience in glaucoma and MIGS is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales talent.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team of sales professionals.
• Execute regional strategy to accelerate Elios adoption and revenue.
• Build strong relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and leaders.
• Forecast, plan, and manage opportunities with discipline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Sales Training.
